The stock age ranges between 4 and 81 years. This first graph shows the average age, minimum and maximum age of units in each ward.
The second graph shows a calculated value based on the building value (it excludes the value of land because land is land). The purpose of this value is to give an idea of the worth of a unit based on its age. Linwood has some brand new units in it so it’s average value is much higher than other wards.
